Shepherd's RCS Inc. is a non-profit agency founded by an enthusiastic mental health/substance abuse disorder advocate, Temi Rotimi. The agency is confident in providing top-notch behavioral health care to the community, regardless of their background. We determine our fees on a sliding scale basis and accept Medicaid and private pay.

Our team is fully devoted to fulfilling our mission to be an innovative, effective, and responsive mental health/substance abuse center in Oklahoma. We take pride in offering mental health and family counseling care to address emotional, social, and psychiatric issues that are prevalent today.
