Stress Counseling
The term "stress" pertains to the body's reaction to non-specific demands. A range of factors can elicit this response, including changes and pressures in our environment, physical health, and mental well-being.

Environmental factors such as noise, pollution, weather, overcrowding, crime, and threats to our self-esteem can significantly impact our stress levels. Physical stress may stem from aging, poor nutrition, illness, accidents, inadequate sleep, and over-exhaustion.

It is worth noting that any positive or negative change can increase our stress levels as we adapt to new circumstances. Similarly, experiencing pressure can be a significant source of stress.
